Our shipping guide is designed to clearly explain how your wig order is processed, prepared and delivered, so you know exactly what to expect from the time you place your order.

Because our wigs are specialised products and may involve hand colouring or custom work, processing times and delivery times can vary.

Order Processing vs Shipping Time

Please note that processing time and shipping time are two separate stages.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your wig before it is shipped.
Shipping time refers to the delivery time once your order has been dispatched with a courier.

In-stock wigs

All wigs and products listed on our website as in stock will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

This applies to both:

  • Australian (national) orders, and

  • International orders.

Out-of-stock wigs & custom orders

If a wig is listed as out of stock, or if you place a custom order, please allow 2–4 weeks for your wig to be professionally hand coloured and prepared before dispatch.

This timeframe applies to:

  • Out-of-stock wigs

  • Custom-made or customised orders

Each client will be provided with a more accurate estimated turnaround time during their initial consultation or once their order has been received.

Shipping methods & tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking details.

Courier services and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

For high-value orders, a signature on delivery may be required.

International shipping & customs charges

International shipping will be available in the near future. It is currently not available for online purchases. If you do live overseas, please book a free consultation, and we can organise shipping for you manually.

Please be aware that:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by your local government or courier.

  • These charges are set by the destination country and are completely outside of our control.

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees applied to international deliveries.

Any delays caused by customs processing are also outside of our control.

In-store purchases & local collection (Adelaide)

In-person purchases are welcome at our Adelaide store.

If there is sufficient time on the day to complete your requested customisation, your wig may be customised during your appointment.

Alternatively:

  • If you choose to purchase a wig as is, with no further customisation, you may take it home on the same day.

  • If you have placed an online order and are located in Adelaide, you may select in-store collection and collect your order from our bricks-and-mortar store once it is ready.

Delivery issues, damaged items or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist you.

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery and notifying us promptly if there are any issues.

Returns & shipping responsibility

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your order has been dispatched and accepted by the courier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping provider. However, we will always assist you with tracking enquiries where possible.
